I’m Sue Deacon, the visual artist behind Sue Deacon ART and the surface-pattern brand LadyWillowGrove. I bring a lifelong love of making to my designs, drawing on years of dressmaking and designing my own clothes — including men’s suits — as well as quilting, ice dyeing, bag making, soft-toy making and yarn crafts. My collections grow from watercolour, colour and texture, with the practical maker always in mind. I design prints that I would genuinely love to cut into, sew with and use in beautiful handmade projects.
